I have always had a special connection with animals and my life with horses has been a consistent evolution since I was 6 years old. I believe in embracing a holistic approach for both horses and humans to more fully step into their natural state of being.
I have formal training in (John Barnes) Equine Myofascial Release and additional methods that relieve horses from tension and discomfort. My offering to the equine world was inspired by my intuition with horses and my personal journey of 10+ years discovering the benefits of all types of bodywork to rehab my horseback riding injury. This led me to my purpose offering bodywork to horses and advocating for their comfort.
I am compelled to help horses experience freedom in their body because I know what it feels like to be healthy, but in pain, while appearing to function well to the average eye. Through my experience both receiving and offering bodywork, I have learned that it's possible for the body to improve at any level. I believe that we don't truly know how good a horse can feel until we uncover what they're holding onto and offer physical and emotional relief.
My goal is to help horse owners improve your horse’s physical and mental wellbeing. Your horse doesn't need to be showing physical symptoms in order to benefit or improve from this work. I look forward to meeting you and helping your horse progress from wherever they are today.
